JOHN SIMON - Vice President and General Manager, CMC

John began his career in the industry as a National Account Manager in 1983. He has vast experience developing and maintaining National Account relationships. Over the years, his passion as a service provider has led him into every avenue of moving that is conceivable. "Moving can be a challenge, and finding the best solution to a particular challenge is what I find personally rewarding". John is a Certified Moving Consultant and a member of the Corporate Relocation Council. He is dedicated to providing all customers with the best moving services possible, and leading the organization towards this goal on a daily basis.

JOHN TOWNSEND - Operations Manager

John has over thirty years experience in all levels of the moving and storage business, from local to long distance dispatch. He was president of his own moving and storage company for over 7 years. The majority of John's career was spent with the Allied and United Systems. MARIE ZAMMATTA - Customer Service Representative

Marie joined the team in 2004 and comes from a career in corporate real estate management. Her skills include listening closely to customer requests and providing detailed coordination and follow through to provide superior customer service. Her attention to details, both large and small, makes her ideally suited to providing the important liaison between our customers and our crews. You can totally rely on Marie to be your best associate throughout your move!

SANDI LUNDBERG - Accounting Manager

Sandi's career in the moving and storage industry spans across two decades. Her knowledge of tariff rules and revenue distribution provide her department with a sound foundation to accurately report and account for our diverse revenue streams. Sandi enjoys being counted as one of the greatest fans of the Chicago Cubs!

PAM SANTELLA - National Account Manager

Pam has been in the sales and moving industry for 22 years. She has developed the skills necessary to sell all product lines, and offer consulting services to anyone who is relocating anywhere. Part of her other responsibilities include origin and destination visits to ensure that customer expectations are being met. Pam will always go that extra mile to ensure that a customer is taken care of properly!

KAREN SUO - National Account Manager

Karen has held key management and account development positions within the relocation industry for over 20 years. She joined Noffs Atlantic Relocation Systems in March of 2008 to focus on developing residential and corporate relationships. Karen's career began in 1988 when she joined her family's business, Amer-Trans Relocation Services. She held various positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as VP of Operations. Karen has since held sales and management positions with other leading agents in the Chicago market prior to joining Atlantic Relocation Systems. Karen is active in both the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and the Corporate Relocation Council (CRC). She achieved status of Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) in 2005. Karen is a real pleasure to work with, and her upbeat disposition is quite contagious!
